The ThermalStats macOS app is coming soon
We're preparing a signed, Apple-notarized macOS version of ThermalStats. Until it's ready, the macOS download is paused and Mac users can compare their temperatures with the browser test.

If you've opened the Run Test page on a Mac recently, you'll have noticed the macOS download now says Coming soon. Here's why.
Why we paused the macOS download
The macOS build of ThermalStats wasn't signed with an Apple Developer ID or notarized by Apple. macOS uses Gatekeeper to protect you from unidentified apps, so opening an unsigned download means clicking through security warnings, and we'd rather not ask anyone to do that.
We're setting up an Apple Developer account so ThermalStats for macOS can be signed and notarized. When it's ready, it will open like any other trusted app: no warnings, no workarounds.
What Mac users can do today
- Compare your temperatures with the browser test. Stress your system, enter the temperatures from your monitoring app, and see instantly how they compare with verified results for the same hardware.
- Browse the data. Look up idle and load temperatures for hundreds of CPUs and GPUs in the temperature database, or read our real-world temperature report.
- Test another PC. If you also have a Windows or Linux machine, the ThermalStats CLI works there today.
